Thula, which is Zulu for ‘hush’ is a story set in Cape Town, South Africa which explores what it means to let go of your ‘baggage’ and to make amends with yourself and the people who love you. The film centers around 3 young women; an English South African woman, a young Xhosa girl, and her American teacher as they are each in search of family and peace.
